New Technology

To address the issues with the current paper bag process, we offer a fully automated U-shaped bag sealing process on both sides, where the flat rope threading and bag production are completed in an integrated automated manner.

The U-shaped formation is centered at the bottom, with sealing at the middle fold lines on both sides, and the bottom is a solid flat base. This completely resolves the issue of bottom separation.

The folding method has an M bottom inside, with crease lines only at the bottom. The front is clean and elegant, preserving the printed design, while the side has only one center crease line.

The bag opening is bonded as a single unit at the internal fold, with no rebound. The flat rope is automatically threaded, and the hot melt adhesive provides double-sided support with a weight capacity of 20-30 kg.
